For 4th semester the industrial tour was organized at Area Load Dispatch Center, Jetpur 400 KV substation.

There is an 400 kV Area Load Dispatch Centre at Dhareshwar at Jetpur (Gujarat)

An Industrial Visit for 4^th semester students was set on 6^th of February-2014 at 400 KV Substation. Students studied and knew about power distribution and load sharing, how fault can be occurred and how fault can be solved in substation. Students also saw and studied about 400 / 220 KV and 220/110 KV Transformer. Students felt very excited after seeing all these equipment and their performance in real.
