Tuition Fee Waiver Scheme (TFWS) Detail
• What is TFWS? OR Benefits of TFWS
If student got admission under TFW scheme then students does not have to pay tuition fee but students have to pay other fee such as exam fee, bus fee, deposit and hostel fee.
• SEATS RESERVED FOR TFWS
5% of total seats shall be filled by TFW scheme.
Example: If there are 120 students in a department then there will be 6
Supernumerary Seats (in addition to 120 seats).
• ELIGIBILITY FOR TFWS
– Students whose parent’s income is less than Rs. 6 lakh/annum are eligible for TFWS.
– To get the benefits of TFW Scheme, the candidate has to submit the income certificate issued after 31st March from either ‘Mamlatdar’ or ‘Taluka Development Officer (TDO)’ or ‘Collector(Jan Seva Kendra)’ at the time of application form filling (registration for admission).
– No other document shall be considered valid(e.g. Income tax return, Certificate issued by ‘Sarpanch’).
• INSTRUCTIONS
– Students admitted under this scheme shall not be allowed to change Institution/course under any circumstances.
– Admission is strictly on merit number through admission committee.
– TFW scheme shall be applicable for complete duration of the course (4 Years).
– Candidates who want to opt for these additional TFWS seats will have to specify their willingness in the option form as a separate choice code.
– In the event of non-availability of students in this category the same shall not be given to any other category of applicants.

(૪) કારણ દર્શાવતી અરજી તથા એને લગતા જરૂરી પુરાવા સ્કેન કરી ઈ-મેઈલ કરવાનો રહેશે. વિદ્યાર્થીઓ રુબરુ પણ પોતાની આ વિગતો નીચે જણાવેલ એડ્રેસ પર આપી શકશે. જે વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ અરજી કરેલ હશે તેમને ઉચ્ચ ક્ક્ષાએથી મંજુરી મળ્યા બાદ તેઓ જ વર્ષ ૨૦૧૭-૧૮ માટે અરજી કરી શકશે.
– માન.મુખ્યમંત્રીશ્રી શિષ્યવૃત્તિ યોજના(CMSS)ની સાત કેટેગરી પૈકીના પાત્રતા ધરાવતા વિદ્યાર્થીઓ MYSYની યોજનાના લાભ ઉપરાંત માન.મુખ્યમંત્રીશ્રી શિષ્યવૃત્તિ યોજના(CMSS)નો લાભ પણ મેળવી શકશે. વધુ જાણકારી https://scholarships.gujarat.gov.in પર ઉપલબ્ધ છે.
– Students can unlock his/her application directly from website using student Login.
– For any query regarding the Payment status kindly meet at KCG only on Tuesday and Friday timings will be 3:00 PM to 06:00 PM.

• Eligibility
– For Diploma Course: Student must have secured 80 or more Percentile (PR) in 10th and family income must be less than Rs. 6 lakh/annum.
– For Engineering and Pharmacy Course: Student must have secured 80 or more Percentile (PR) in 12th Science and family income must be less than Rs. 6 lakh/annum.
– For D2D Course: Student must have secured 65% or more in Diploma and family income must be less than Rs. 6 lakh/annum.
– For Medical Course: Student must have secured 80 or more Percentile (PR) in 12th Science and family income must be less than Rs. 6 lakh/annum.
– For Other Course (BCom, BSc etc.): Student must have secured 80 or more Percentile (PR) in 12th and family income must be less than Rs. 6 lakh/annum.
• Scholarship Amount
– Applicable for SFI (Self Finance) college only
– Scholarship Amount: 50% of tuition fees

VIDYA LAKSHMI EDUCATION LOAN DETAIL
o Information
– Vidya Lakshmi Portal provides single window for Students to access information about various loan schemes provided by banks and make applications for Educational Loans.
– If you want to apply for education loan on Vidya Lakshmi portal, you must register on portal. Please provide essential details as mentioned in registration form.
– Name- Please enter student name as per 10th class marksheet or as per the marksheet attached with your loan application
– Mobile Number- Enter a valid mobile number. Student can provide mobile number of parent/guardian
– Email ID- Enter a valid email ID. Email ID will not be allowed to change. All necessary communications will be sent on this email ID.
• FREESHIP CARD DETAIL (FOR SC AND ST CATEGORY STUDENTS)
o Information
– Those students who belong to SC/ST category and whose Parents / Guardian having annual income up to Rs.2,50,000/- per year or below are eligible for Scholarship.
– Students get 100% tuition fees.
